Translation Request & Processing Policy

After submitting your translation request, you’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment.
Translations will not be processed until payment has been received.

Processing Times

• 1–5 documents: Up to 10 business days

• 6–9 documents: Up to 14 business days

• 10 or more documents: Turnaround time may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with the estimated completion date.

To avoid delays: Please ensure your documents are clear, legible, and complete.

Maximum of 50 translation orders may be accepted at any given time to ensure timely delivery. This limit may be adjusted in the future as the team grows.
